Basement Conversion - Harrogate
A large grade 2 listed property with a basement covering the full footprint of the house. We created a good size living / TV room in the main chamber, along with a utility, playroom and storage area. The original stone flag floor was removed, cleaned and re-layed on top of underfloor heating.
