Basement Conversion - Ilkley
This is one of many conversions that we have carried out on Ash Grove in Ilkley. The terraced properties here have basements covering the footprint of the house and lend themselves well for conversion into new living space adding around 35sq/m of floor area. This particular project incorporated some new steps providing external access, living space/bedroom with a bathroom and kitchenette.
