Basement Conversion - Sheffield
This property had a small existing cellar that was being used for storage and the washing machine. By excavating into a void area below the ground floor dining room, we added additional living space and a new set of steps providing external access. With a new utility area and WC, underfloor heating was also installed. The void area required underpinning to create the additional space and also provided an increase in headroom to the existing chamber.
